DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.
OCCUPANCY:
Home sleeps up to 4 in beds. There is a strict 6 persons HOA maximum. Please do not utilize the couch as a bed. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety.

Summary: I can’t say enough how perfect our stay was! The location was amazing and the amenities were the best! The complimentary umbrella/chairs on the beach were a HUGE plus and the beach wagon was a lifesaver for our family! I can’t imagine how we would’ve lugged all of our beach accessories without it (I’m 6 months pregnant with a 2.5 year old). The condo was super clean & so cutely decorated. We will absolutely stay again!

Summary: This property was absolutely incredible. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our girls trip. Short walk to a lovely, non crowded beach. The house had so much space. Everything was immaculately clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, even seasonings. The Keurig was wonderful to have. The large assortment of beach items was excellent as well. Everything we needed was available (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc). We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Summary: The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the pristine beach and close to charming local shops and restaurants.We especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.The only slight issue we encountered was that the gas was turned off when we arrived, which meant we couldn’t cook or take hot showers on the first night. However, the hosts acted quickly, and it was all fixed by the next morning—truly appreciated their quick response!Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!
